Supply Chain Assistant

Key Responsilbities:

  • Assist Supply Chain Specialist with order management of 3rd party chemical products and consumable/reagents equipment.
  • Execute outbound deliveries coordinating with OTC & 3PLs.
  • Process freight, RM/FG Invoices via VIM (Vendor Invoice Management) system.
  • Create and manage vendors in SAP system.
  • Monitor deliveries and receipt into stock in a timely manner.
  • Liaise with suppliers to expedite orders.
  • Liaise with Accounts Payable to assist in resolving supply variances in invoice amount.
  • Assist supply chain in stock reconciliations.

Key Responsilbities:

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in procurement &/or Logistics role
  • Experience using SAP
  • Strong work and customer focus ethic
  • Demonstrated high level of interpersonal skills
  • Team Skills being able to work collaboratively with others in a participative management environment, working independently as well as working within a team.
