Role:


In alignment with the Brand Strategy and Creative Direction, this role will see you oversee the production of Runway Shows, Campaigns, Social Media initiatives, and Events.

Building great relationships with internal and external stakeholders to help bring an idea to life.

Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning and Relationship Building

  • Take charge of the Marketing Calendar, incorporating lead times for timely execution of key initiatives.
  • Foster strong alliances with internal stakeholders, including Founders, CEO, and various teams.
  • Cultivate fruitful partnerships with external stakeholders such as PR agencies and Creative firms.
  • Work closely with the Brand and Content team to ensure the successful implementation of PR and Marketing strategies.

Production Management - From Concept to Execution

  • Develop a deep understanding of brand strategy and creative direction for all projects.
  • Provide comprehensive briefs to suppliers and maintain regular communication to update management on progress.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to align production with the Marketing Calendar.
  • Oversee the creation and approval process of graphic assets for projects, including invitations and signage.
  • Manage the procurement of special products and décor items for events.
  • Keep management informed through regular consultations and updates on project status.
  • Ensure accurate budget reconciliation for all projects

Retail & In-house Collaboration

  • Collaborate closely with the Retail team to support storebased marketing initiatives and event execution.

Skills:

  • Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
  • Managing and updating the marketing planning calendar effectively.
  • Coordinating and managing samples accurately between sales and PR showrooms.
  • Demonstrating meticulous organization in the production of runway shows and events.
  • Sustaining ongoing collaboration with online and retail teams for the development and execution of marketing strategies and related activities.
