Where Your Role Fits In

The Content Marketing team produces content that aids our knowledgeable audience in achieving their homeownership objectives seamlessly through various formats such as editorials, videos, podcasts, and branded content. Our team plays a crucial role in shaping the brand identity of our company - defining our values, educating the real estate market with relevant data and insights, and effectively communicating impactful stories.

Responsibilities

  • Support two editors in crafting engaging content related to real estate news and guides.
  • Collaborate with the content team to brainstorm ideas for social media, podcasts, videos, and editorials.
  • Manage specific content homepages and create editorials using WordPress.
  • Generate and enhance ideas for our social media platforms.

What We're Seeking

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in creating content for print, magazines, or digital platforms.
  • Ability to produce editorial content efficiently without compromising on quality or style.
  • Proficiency in WordPress is essential, while experience in Flourish and Tableau is advantageous.
  • Self-motivated individual capable of meeting deadlines and incorporating feedback.
  • Team-oriented professional willing to take on various responsibilities as needed.
  • Capable of conceptualizing editorial concepts that align with clients' requirements within tight deadlines.
  • Experience in managing social media amplification on Meta, encompassing posting and copywriting.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills are a prerequisite.
  • Added advantage: familiarity with AI-generated content.
