THE ROLE


Supporting our digital production team, the Digital Content Producer will make sure that the right content makes it onto our digital assets at the right time.

You'll publish the digital content on our brand websites.

Your day-to-day work will involve building pages and updating content in the CMS (Content Management System) and making sure that websites content is all up to date.


As part of this role, you'll work closely with the wider team including Product Owners, Content Designers, Iteration Managers, Business Analysts, and UX Designers to create and load new content touch points in the CMS.

You'll join a hardworking team of Producers supported by the Lead Digital Content Producer.

We are looking for someone who is able to work collaboratively as part of a team and engage confidently with stakeholders.


This is a permanent hybrid role based in either New Zealand or Australia with team presence across both Australia & New Zealand.


ABOUT YOU

  • 3+years of experience maintaining digital content primarily webs and apps.
  • You have superior ability to edit and publish digital content.
  • You have a firm understanding of CMS ideally Drupal but open to other systems too.
  • You have great stakeholder management experience.
  • You have strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • You can optimise content for SEO.
  • You are driven, resilient and an enthusiastic team player, focused on outcomes
