EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

  • 8+ years of experience in customer service, product experience, project and change management, or similar fields.
  • 4+ years of team leadership experience.
  • Certification in project and change management, e.g., Agile, ITIL, SDLC, Leanstartup.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies for effective change management in customer success activities.
  • Drive end-to-end change and project management plans for human and digital customer success.
  • Lead teams of Project Managers for successful implementation of changes within Customer Success.
  • Oversee project management plans for seasonal activities like price adjustments and marketing events.
  • Model best project and change management practices for the organization.

Stakeholder Management

  • Build a network of partners to influence product and feature changes.
  • Align with CS leadership on new projects and requirements.
  • Ensure all stakeholders are informed and engaged with changes and campaigns.
  • Understand and meet senior stakeholder requirements.
  • Represent CS in planning for successful market launches.
  • Collaborate with platform teams to incorporate local market needs into the global roadmap.

Continuous improvement

  • Identify and align CS systems and processes for scalability.
  • Drive retrospectives and alignment across change programs for ongoing optimization.
