What about the role:
This role works closely with stakeholder in engineering, product, and delivery to help achieve Magentus' Practice Management broader business goalsUplifts the Product Ownership capability by coaching and sharing knowledge within the Product Ownership cohort.
A key part of the role is the ability to effectively collaborate with a diverse set of stakeholders and your teams in order to realise the product roadmap and vision defined by Product Managers .Remain abreast of our company purpose, values and corporates policies, and act in accordance with these.
This specifically includes completing compliance and other training as directed.Support and contribute to the achievement of business objectives by performing other reasonable duties as needed and directed.
Significant demonstratable experience working as a Product Owner delivering SaaS solutions in a multi-team agile environment.
You are able to effectively collaborate and write clear specifications for features by working with a diverse set of stakeholders.
You are able to articulate user stories that define a clear, meaningful, and achievable goals.Lead the end-to-end solution delivery of 1-2 product teams.
Your specifications describe functionality in sufficient detail for stakeholders to understand the feature and for engineers to build the feature.
You are able to develop effective working relationships with your team and the stakeholders and can effectively articulate the goals and business justification for your current project.
You are accountable for making appropriate trade-off decisions in getting the product built and launched.You have a strong capability around using data to inform decisions.
You are able to effectively QA a project to ensure a high-quality launch, across all devices, points of sale, and applicable use cases.
You can effectively understand the priorities the levels of technical debt accrued by the team and draw this down at the appropriate time.
You can triage and prioritize the severity of bugs and determine whether something is a launch blocker or not.What qualifications and experience do I need:
