Engineering Manager to join the DT Infrastructure team in our Milton Offices.
About You
- Demonstrated capability in Civil Construction with exposure to major rail infrastructure projects.
- Maintenance / Possession planning experience within rail environments.
- Qualified professional engineer to Bachelor of Engineering level.
- Understanding of cost control and budget preparation and ability to manage projects to budget.
- Technical aptitude, good analytical and problemsolving skills.
- A strong ability to rapidly grasp the nuances of client needs in complex situations with competing demands.
- Ability to structure appropriate solutions to meet client needs and address problem areas.
- Ability to lead others to deliver an agreed outcome.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- A strong bias for talent development of self and others
- Proven experience working for a Tier 1 or Tier 2 major Rail contractor desirable but not essential;
