Our client is a reputable and well known law firm dedicated to providing exceptional legal services to their clients. With a focus on integrity, professionalism, and client satisfaction, they have built a strong reputation in the legal industry. They are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Legal Secretary with expertise in Conveyancing to join our team.

Two days will never be the same...

  • Provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to the Conveyancing team.
  • Assist in the preparation and filing of legal documents related to property transactions.
  • Manage communication with clients, real estate agents, and other parties involved in conveyancing transactions.
  • Maintain organized and uptodate files, ensuring all documents are accurately recorded and easily accessible.
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and court dates for attorneys.
  • Conduct legal research as required.

You will have:

  • Proven experience as a Legal Secretary with a focus on Conveyancing.
  • Proficient in legal terminology and document preparation related to property transactions.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in document preparation.
  • Familiarity with relevant legal software and systems.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Legal Secretary in Conveyancing.
  • Full Australian working rights
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
  • PEXA knowledge however training provided
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
