THE ROLE:
This exciting new role for a Licenced Conveyancer located in Liverpool, South
- West Sydney, will see you carrying out the following tasks on a day to day basis:

- Completing Conveyancing matters from start to finish.
- Selling and purchasing of residential and commercial properties off-the-plan-Managing caveats and leases in PEXA
- Liaising with clients
- Easements, positive covenants and subdivisions-Put and call options
- You will be the only Conveyancer in a Team of 4 (2 Property Solicitors, & 1 Secretary)

ABOUT YOU:
To be considered for this role you will have:

- Minimum 5 years' Licenced Conveyancing experience across NSW and QLD (exposure to WA matters will be advantageous, but is not essential)
- Experience using PEXA and LEAP
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work over the Christmas break
- A keen eye for detail
- The ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work full-time in the office
