In partnership with Healthscope, Ventia are engaged to provide Hard Facility Management Services at our Northern Beaches Hospital. We're hiring a Systems and Reporting Analyst on a full time basis to join our small, friendly team.

This newly created and exciting role will see you provide comprehensive reporting solutions and data analytics to support critical business decisions.

What you'll be doing:

  • Administer and update the asset management data in our Computerised Maintenance Management System (QFM) to support contract service delivery.
  • Collect, analyse, and manage all contract data to improve asset performance by means of predictive reporting, forecasting and compliance.
  • Prepare all required contract reporting ensuring accurate and timely reporting on contractual asset events and activities.
  • Develop dashboards and create and design reports in Power BI to support operational service delivery.

About you:

  • Highly skilled in Business Intelligence tools including Power BI (QFM experienced highly regarded).
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience designing purposebuilt dashboards, reports and business performance insights in an operational environment.
  • An ability to work flexibly and adaptively in a complex and changing work environment with multiple stakeholders.


As part of the recruitment process you will need to successfully pass a Police Clearance and Working with Children Check as well as complete a Work Health Assessment.
