We are looking for a proactive self-starter, with the right combination of talent, energy and a commitment to excellence, to provide high quality support to our dynamic and collaborative Broking operations team.

You will have the opportunity to support our team members and seek to add value with new ideas and initiatives to benefit our network.


Some of the areas you will work on including Administration of our Learning Inbox, Updating our systems for onboarding and offboarding network members.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage CATALYST, CBN Academy's Learning Management System including approving external learning, adding courses, marking off attendance, editing and uploading MP3 videos, reporting on and monitoring learner participation/completion rates
  • Manage our Knowledge Maintenance Platform, the Hub, including uploading resources and ensuring content accurate and up to date
  • Schedule learning and webinars and manage learner attendance
  • Manage the CBN Academy mailbox and respond to learner queries
  • Support Learning Consultant and Head of Learning with the creation and updating of learning collateral, using Word and PowerPoint
  • Schedule onboarding/offboarding task management in line with plan.
  • Review and plan that all details and tasks are correct and in line with system needs and documented.
  • Knowledge of the General Insurance broking operations (preferred but not essential)
  • Microsoft, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Office administration and or Onboarding project coordination experience
  • Customer experience
  • Systems management and support
  • Task management
