We are currently seeking an HR Business Partner on a 9-month fixed term maternity contract, starting in March 2023.

Working as part of a global HR team in a complex matrix organisation this generalist position supports the core clinical business.


Whilst you will gain exposure to a wide variety of HR projects, core responsibilities will include providing strategic business partnering to your clinical client group as well as providing responsive support and guidance to all IQVIANs across Australian & New Zealand.

Key responsibilities

  • Build trusted relationships with your business group to provide sound HR advice on matters such as talent management & development, leadership coaching, performance management, reward, retention, relevant legal compliance etc.
  • Continuous development of the employee experience, including analysis of pulse surveys, driving D&I strategy and working with leaders to improve EVP and other culture initiatives
  • Working with the wider HR teams to support the 2023 people agenda and longerterm change management initiatives
To be considered for this opportunity you must be able to demonstrate the following skills, knowledge, and experience:

  • Tertiary qualifications in HR and/or other related discipline with a minimum of 2 years' experience in HR &/or Payroll function
  • A consultative approach with the ability to solve problems and create opportunities to deliver value to the business
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills including with sound knowledge of Australian & New Zealand employment legislation
  • Your strengths will be your positive friendly 'can do' approach to work coupled with a willingness to deliver exemplary customer service.
