THE OPPORTUNITY
A rare opportunity has come up for a
Customer Service Officer professional to join our busy team during an exciting period of growth

We have
one (1) Permanent Full-time position available, based on-site at our
TAFE NSW Ultimo Campus.


Reporting to the Business Manager, you will be responsible for the day to day operation of a wide range of customer service functions for a variety of stakeholders.

A typical day in your role would look like:

  • Providing appropriate course information
  • Managing student administration records including document management
  • Responsible for financial payments and reporting
  • Assisting with daily administration tasks to support our Teachers

ABOUT YOU
Your commitment to customer service and ability to manage a high volume of workload, whilst meeting the needs of our stakeholders will be imperative to your role

You will have:

  • Certificate IV in relevant discipline or equivalent skills, knowledge and experience.
  • Ability to operate a cash register, experience in cash handling and electronic funds transfer (EFTPOS)
  • Ability to address and meet focus capabilities as stated in the Position Description.
