In this role you will

  • Lead the operational activities of the Data Support team, ensuring highquality customer information and business intelligence reports.
  • Cultivate effective relationships with stakeholders, operators, and technology partners, managing communications and issue resolution.
  • Support maintenance of timetables data, monitor data provision, and contribute to system health monitoring.
  • Oversee software changes/releases, coordinating deployments and technical review submissions.
  • Take charge of user support, training documentation, and training delivery for internal and external users.
  • Build and maintain productive relationships with team members, stakeholders, and rural/regional operators.

About you

  • Demonstrated experience in leading data operational teams and activities.
  • Ability to deliver trainings and excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to offer guidance and mentor team members for daytoday operations.
  • Support and contribute to data maintenance, system health monitoring, and issue, change & release management.
  • Strong analytical abilities in regard to optimise data operational activities and data quality assurance.
  • Preferably with knowledge of public transport industry practices.
  • Hybrid working model with at least 2 days in the office and flexibility to attend any other business meetings.
