Primary Purpose of Role: The primary purpose of this internal role is to service and retain existing personal lines client relationships by generating new business opportunities, maintaining and growing a portfolio of clients. This role has dual responsibilities collaborating with Account Executives in larger teams. Key Accountabilities: - - Maintaining and developing business opportunities with existing clients - On renewal, reviewing cover to identify opportunities to cross sell associated Gallagher products. - Handle claims on behalf of clients liaising with Claims and brokers where necessary - Good Debtor management procedures and process to ensure debtors remain at compliance standards - Ensure clients are contacted for renewal within the Client Service Standards timeframes collaborating with underwriters, insurance agents and brokers - Action reports to maintain control over outstanding invoiced premiums, extra premiums or return premiums - Generate new business opportunities with existing and new clients through personal initiative and contacts - Receive client enquiries by written application, form, by phone and in person/over counter. Interpret client needs, provide quotes for products to suit needs - Ensure 100% accuracy of documentation and polices for clients - Complete documentation and reports in accordance with branch standards for processing - Decisions on how and when to escalate in the event of problems or grievances or whento create customer cross-marketing opportunities
About you

Required: Bachelor's degree or High School Diploma/GED and 3 years related experience required.
