How you will spend your time

  • Engaging effectively with a broad set of stakeholders creating clarity, actionorientation, and accountability. Stakeholders include executives, business, technology, operations, risk and 3rd party suppliers.
  • Lead delivery squads and other stakeholder sets through delivery by structuring complex challenges into a clear planned approach to deliver on agreed customer/business outcomes.
  • Oversee governance and duediligence to ensure we are meeting quality, technology, risk or industry obligations.
  • Communicating the context, strategic intent as well as the immediate actions for any initiative or challenge.
  • Create clarity and focus to enable the best decisionmaking based on the driving value and alignment to prioritised business/customer outcomes.
  • Leading delivery teams and stakeholders through ambiguity and adapting to rapid change.
  • Rolemodel servant leadership by creating an inclusive highperformance working environment that champions our values.
  • Encouraging ongoing continuous improvement in how we deliver (including our delivery and decisionmaking ways of work).

What you will bring
Essential

  • Experience in digital banking
  • Experience in retail financial services products
  • Qualification in Business, Commerce or Technology
  • Industry accreditations in agile, project delivery
  • Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
  • Proven track record in excellent stakeholder management and influencing (laterally and vertically)
  • Experience in leading agile delivery at a senior level
  • Experience in lending financial services products
