SASH is excited to announce our brand new, state of the art veterinary hospital in Alexandria, Sydney scheduled to open in the second half of 2023 We will provide a complete range of clinical services to our patients with all of our hospitals working collaboratively to provide the best outcomes for our patients.

We are privileged to have a wonderful team of Client Services professionals across the SASH Network, coming from a diverse range of backgrounds and industries.

We are excited to be in the fabulous position to recruit for our Client Services team and that's where you come in

About the Role:


Our client services team leader will be focused on providing service excellence to our clients, referring vets and internal stakeholders, while also offering the opportunity to develop and lead a great team.

This is a permanent, full time position, however we would consider a part time position for the right person. As we are a 24hr facility, this person will be working a mixture of shifts across a 12-hour roster. This truly is a reception positions like no other, where no two days are the same.

Some of the tasks include, but are not limited to:

  • Supervise and manage all aspects of our client services team both across all aspects of reception and administration
  • Overseeing and supporting the team in the management of client accounts
  • Monitor workflow processes and work distribution within the team
  • Train and develop team members
  • Be a point of escalation for account and referring vet queries along with complaints management
  • Work to identify and implement improvements in the client services experience businesswide
  • Provide hands on support to the team, leading by example and be involved in day to day tasks as required

About You:


We are looking for someone who can take our client services team to the next level by driving performance and fostering an engaging environment.

This person will need to be hands-on, enjoy multi-tasking and be able to meet deadlines effectively.

Some of the tasks include, but are not limited to:

  • Commitment to superior levels of service across the business
  • Previous experience in a sophisticated customer service environment being in a leadership position
  • High level of organisation & scheduling of multiple tasks
  • Attention to detail, clear and appropriate communications (both oral and written)
  • Identify when delegation is appropriate
  • Ability to liaise with different levels within a business
  • Ability to problem solve, make commercial, customerfocused decisions and have a flexible approach to issues
