The Client:
Locally recognised as a top business & boasting a great reputation within the Inner Bayside area - this company is seeking a Receptionist who is driven to get their foot in the door and begin a career in Property Management.
The Role:
- Answering and diverting calls
- Meeting & Greeting Clients
- Mail, banking, filing
- General support
- Key collection and drop off
- Property Management and Sales administration
- Meeting room organisation
- Monday - Friday 8:30 - 5:30
- Salary up to $55,000 + super
The Candidate:
- Diligent with high attention to detail
- Immaculately presented and well-groomed
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Possess a strong work ethic
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- MUST HAVE VIC AGENTS REPRESENTATIVE CERTIFICATE or equivalent
