About The Role


North Shore Private Hospital is seeking an experienced and adaptive Ward Receptionist to join our team and work across Short Stay and Sleep Study Unit.


This position will see you responsible for performing administrative duties within the department such as managing sleep study bookings, filing and general reception duties.


The role will be a casual position, working Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday with the flexibility for shifts to be within school hours.

In a busy department this role calls for individuals with a strong capacity to manage a variety of administrative tasks and priorities over the course of the workday.


Your Skills and Experience

  • Computer literacy including Microsoft Office suite programs and Patient Management Systems essential
  • Experience either in a medical administration setting or a patientfacing role highly desirable
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain good working relations with others
  • High degree of attention to detail and accuracy in data entry skills
  • Excellent communication skills

Remuneration
A base hourly rate ranging from
$ $30.39 + superannuation, based on experience level and qualifications.
