Joining our well-established Central Compliance team, your role as Compliance Analyst will be focused on the management of breach reporting and regulatory filing.

Your key stakeholders will be within the Central Compliance team, and this will allow you to gain experience in obligations register management, incident and breach management, policy management lifecycle, compliance training, regulatory change and continuous improvement.


You will quickly, accurately and effectively triage, assess and report on incidents of low to moderate complexity to meet breach reporting obligations.

We'll rely on your expertise to execute timely escalation of incidents of high complexity incidents to the Partner - Breach Reporting & Regulatory Filing for guidance to manage regulatory risk.


You will also regularly engage with internal stakeholders to validate incident and breach information, and assist the Partner to raise awareness of incident and breach reporting obligations broadly.

Further, you will assist the Partner in the development and preparation of insightful reporting and metrics of incidents, including themes, trends and emerging risks.


We have 2x positions available - one permanent position, and one 6-month max term position with high possibility of being extended.


About you
We are looking for an individual with sound knowledge of banking and finance laws and regulations.

You'll have the ability to manage a large caseload, meet tight deadlines and be a problem solver, with a positive and proactive approach centered around achieving the Compliance function's Purpose and Ways of Working.

You are dedicated to continuous improvement and learning, enjoy using your sound analytical and critical thinking skills, and have excellent verbal and written communication capabilities.

We would ideally like to appoint someone with a legal background although this not essential. Compliance knowledge within banking and financial services will be required to be successful for this role.
