Your part in the ongoing success of our business in supporting key frontline services in the End User Tools & Platforms directorate will see you responsible for a variety of work.


Key Accountabilities will include:

  • Provide strategic, operational and tactical advice and guidance to Frontline & Digital Division management and client groups on the successful delivery of Microsoft Power Platform Solutions and M365 governance. Be accountable for the development and delivery of Microsoft governance groups within Queensland Police Service to ensure optimisation of Microsoft products and consistency of utilisation. Ensure internal and external stakeholder engagement is well managed via best practice client and supplier management and enables effective and efficient operational service delivery. Manage the operations of the End User Tools & Platforms
  • Microsoft Product and Governance team through effective human resource and financial management practices and principles. Be accountable for the investment planning of Microsoft products and providing strategic advice to Frontline and Digital Executives on Microsoft investment requirements. Develop operational plans, processes and procedures for the provision of services and champion the adherence to policies and standards. Champion an environment of continuous improvement and lead the implementation of operational efficiency strategies to ensure Frontline & Digital Division optimise the use of Microsoft products.
