Role Overview: We are in need of a skilled SAP SuccessFactors Specialist for a 3-month contract with our client. As a specialist in SAP SuccessFactors, you will handle the configuration and administration of SAP SuccessFactors modules and assist in enhancing the existing business rules, process implementation, and integrations with third-party applications.

The client currently utilizes SuccessFactor modules ICM, RMK, EC, Onboarding, ONB, Learning, Succession, and is about to launch Performance. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of these modules and practical experience in implementing change requests.

We specifically seek a candidate with a background as an SAP Specialist, preferably someone who has overseen SAP SuccessFactors system implementations or served as a dedicated SAP SuccessFactors administrator.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements concerning SAP SuccessFactors modules.
  • Translate business demands into technical specifications and configuration adjustments within SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Customize, configure, and sustain SAP SuccessFactors modules, ensuring they align with organizational objectives and industry standards.
  • Carry out system testing, issue resolution, and offer continuous support to end-users.
  • Aid in creating and providing user training and instructional materials.
  • Engage in project meetings, offering expertise on SAP SuccessFactors functionalities and capacities.
  • Stay updated on SAP SuccessFactors developments, new features, and industry trends, suggesting enhancements and optimizations when necessary.

Requirements:

  • Proven background as a SuccessFactors Consultant specializing in SAP SuccessFactors implementation and maintenance.
  • Detailed knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors modules like Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Learning, Recruitment, and Succession Planning.
  • Hands-on practice in configuring and tailoring SAP SuccessFactors modules to fit business requirements.
  • Strong analytical and issue-solving skills, with the knack for translating intricate business needs into effective solutions.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of effective collaboration with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Prior experience in operating within a remote or virtual setting is advantageous.

Education and Certifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • SAP SuccessFactors certifications are highly advantageous.
