ABOUT THE ROLE:


The People Systems Analyst is key to ensuring our People Services systems are fit for purpose and configured and maintained per legislation, agreements, policies, and business process requirements.


RESPONSIBILITIES IN A SNAPSHOT
Reporting directly to the Head of People Systems & Reporting you will:

  • Actively participate in People Systems programs of work, day-to-day maintenance, and change management across SuccessFactors, Recruitment, Onboarding, Employee Central, EC, Payroll, and Power BI.
  • Ensure business continuity for People Systems & Reporting and maintain operational excellence.
  • Scope, document, design, and configure People System solutions.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and assist in the development of solutions to continuously improve people services.
  • Work collaboratively within a team environment and communicate effectively to ensure seamless service delivery across the group.
  • Define business & information requirements in order to develop functional specifications.
  • Provide functional support, advice, and training to business users.
  • Maintenance of People Systems; configuration, business processes, and procedures.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives to ensure the ongoing delivery of a customerfocused People Advisory service.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • Relevant Tertiary Qualifications or demonstrated experience working with People & Workforce Systems.
  • Prior experience in functional support roles using SAP Payroll and SuccessFactors is essential.
  • Ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders and business leaders.
  • Advanced proficiency in all Microsoft Office
  • Demonstrable skills in Risk Management with a good understanding of environmental, labour, and other relevant legislation relating to the retail/convenience industry.
  • Successfully manage multiple priorities and work autonomously in a fastpaced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with excellent attention to detail.
