The Role

We are looking for a Full time Accounts Assistant to provide timely assistance and support of financial information for the business unit, facilitate medical centre operations ensuring compliance with policy and procedures.

This role will also see you identifying, resolving or escalation issues with the Finance Manager and provide assistance in and support in all administrative areas.

The Tasks

  • Performing reconciliation of accounts, bank and credit card transactions
  • Processing supplier and customer invoices accurately and within expected time periods
  • Develop relationships with medical centres, internal departments, customer and suppliers
  • Verifying financial statements, ledgers and accounts and making corrections where appropriate
  • Report all customer, supplier, doctor complaints to the Finance Manager
  • Degree or diploma or progress towards
  • Proficiency with computers and bookkeeping software
  • Familiar with basic accounting principles
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Outstanding communication and customer service skills
