YOUR ROLE


Reporting to the Customer Service Supervisor, you will have a direct influence on the quality and satisfaction levels of our internal and external stakeholders.

ABOUT YOU


Having worked in a customer service role, you will already have strong communication and time management skills that have been developed within an office-based environment.

Strong administrative capability and computer literacy, high attention to detail, and high-level multi-tasking are also on your check list.

The other essentials we are looking for are:

  • Prior experience in customer service
  • Highly motivated with confident and pleasant phone manner
  • Ability to grasp technical product range and terminology

The following is advantageous but not essential:

  • Prior experience with PRONTO
  • Knowledge of emergency services industry and products
