Role Description

We are currently in need of a dedicated and skilled Senior Organisational Development Business Partner to join our People and Leadership team. This role involves providing both tactical and strategic support throughout the entire OD function, covering various stages of the employee lifecycle. The Senior OD Business Partner will primarily concentrate on Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I), Giving Back initiatives, Reward & Recognition programs, and Engagement strategies. Collaborating closely with the OD Head, Executives, Senior Leaders, and Global Teams, this position aims to drive meaningful change through valuable insights, proactive measures, and expert guidance. Key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating on the design and implementation of our EVP (Be you, Be Great, Be inspired) to enhance the well-being of our employees
  • Leading the execution of our diversity and inclusion strategy to impact the organization positively
  • Revamping and overseeing our Reward and Recognition Framework
  • Managing our Giving Back program and fostering leadership participation
  • Working together with our Global parent company Belron and regional partners to promote innovative and best practice solutions

  • Demonstrated experience in Organisational Development with a focus on projects (5+ years)
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and presentation skills
  • Expertise in leading DE&I culture change initiatives
  • Experience in managing reward & recognition frameworks/systems
  • Proven track record in Project Management and delivery
  • Proficiency in IT, especially in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
