Responsibilities:

  • Greet and seat guests with a warm and friendly demeanor.
  • Provide detailed information about our menu, making recommendations and answering any customer inquiries.
  • Take accurate orders and relay them promptly to the kitchen staff.
  • Ensure timely and efficient service to create a positive dining experience.
  • Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to any requests.
  • Handle cash and electronic transactions accurately.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth operations.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area.
  • Uphold our commitment to customer satisfaction and quality service.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Passion for Italian cuisine and a willingness to learn about our menu offerings.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment.
  • Positive attitude and a team player mentality.
  • Basic math skills for handling transactions.
