Calling all night owls The Pancake Parlour Malvern East is set to return to its iconic 24/7 trade in the coming months. We're looking for service stars who enjoy burning the midnight oil and are keen to work the overnight shift.

**The Host's areas of responsibility are**:

- Ensuring that all customers receive excellent service
- They also have accountability for the following statistics on their shifts:

- Cost of wages
- Average spend per customer
- Total gross profit
- Number of up-sells and second orders

Please note that your training will take place on day and evening shifts. When we're ready to flick the switch on 24 hour trade, your shifts will predominantly be 11pm(ish) to 7am(ish).
