Role Overview
As a Principal Consultant, you'll be at the forefront of our Victoria Hub, bridging client needs with MetaPM's internal leadership responsibilities. This role is more than just advising and delivering; it's about driving excellence in change management, shaping practice governance, and nurturing our CM team to deliver unparalleled results. From strategic consultations to recruitment and capability uplift, you'll be instrumental in shaping the future of our CM practice.
Role Requirements
Lead strategic conversations that inform and guide client decision-making, backed by your extensive experience and expertise. Build and lead a team of elite CM professionals, empowering them to address diverse client needs and ensuring exceptional performance. Provide trusted advisory services to clients, establishing credibility and rapport that drive long-term partnerships. Effortlessly transition advisory engagements into successful delivery led by you or other seasoned members of the CM Practice. Ensure the quality of all CM practice deliverables, fostering a high-performance culture that thrives on excellence. Be an active participant in the Australian CM community, contributing to industry-wide initiatives and knowledge sharing.
About You
With a minimum of a decade in project teams, including five years as a client-facing change consultant, you bring a wealth of experience to the table. Your three years of people management and professional services experience reflect your ability to lead and inspire teams to greatness. Certifications in PROSCI or CMBoK coupled with a bachelor's degree in business or related field, showcase your dedication to continuous learning and growth. As an active member of industry organizations like Change Management Institute, you demonstrate your commitment to staying at the forefront of industry trends and best practices. Your proficiency in tools like LMS/ ServiceNow / Jira / Confluence and Asana, underscores your ability to navigate complex project environments with ease.
