Your Role:
Harnessing Our Impact
As a Communications and Marketing Manager, your responsibilities will include:
Pioneering our marketing strategies and coordinating activities to enhance our presence in the veteran community.

Cultivating relationships with stakeholders, promoting our mission, and bolstering our brand awareness.

Analyzing veteran community trends, crafting detailed reports, and utilizing this data to shape our strategies.

Producing engaging and informative content for our social media platforms, press releases, and other communication materials.

Keeping pace with industry trends and best practices, and sharing these insights to enrich our outreach strategies.

Skills & Experience:

  • A Year 12 or equivalent education. A Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, public relations, or a related field is preferred.
  • At least 5 years of experience in marketing, communications, or public relations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with marketing software and tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite, Hootsuite, and Google Analytics, is beneficial.

Essential Skills & Personal Qualities:

  • Robust communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to nurture relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Superior writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with the capacity to produce engaging and persuasive content.
  • Effective project management skills, capable of juggling multiple tasks and priorities.
