About the position:
  • Manage the allocation of resources for Trust Officers to meet consumer needs
  • Ensure a positive customer experience at Thomas Embling Hospital's Patient Trust Office, showing sensitivity
  • Accurately handle and oversee patient trust accounts
  • Conduct regular audits on patient trust safes, reporting any issues to the Head of Finance
  • Identify and execute operational enhancements
  • Establish and lead a patient-focused Trust Office team that performs exceptionally
Desired qualifications:
  • Experience in finance or accounts administration
  • Ability to interact with patients respectfully and without judgment, especially in difficult situations
