HR Central Lead

This reputable global organisation with a very strong brand, reputation for safety and premium customer service is seeking a new HR Central Lead to join their business.

This is a brand-new role, sitting within a Centre-of-Excellence, your new role will be primarily responsible for leading the HR shared services team across the organisation to ensure they are delivering a positive employee experience by providing outstanding customer service for HR related support to the business.
Reporting into an empowering, outcomes-focused HR Operations leader as part of a wider HR function, you will manage a team of two and be responicible for the below;
- Lead the HR Shared Services team, and provide support on the execution of the core activities required of the team.
- Drive a focus on uplifting and maintaining process improvement, governance and standard operating procedures.
- Be the first point of contact for matters escalated to the team.
- Provide P&C administrative support and provide guidance/assistance to other
- HR team members and line managers for assigned HR activities
- Provide assistance and support for projects in the HR function
- Provide support to HR team initiatives.
- Support the maintenance and uplift of our Onboarding system.
- Relevant experience and/or tertiary qualifications in HR or businessrelated discipline
- At least 4 years' HR experience, with prior experience within a shared services team
- Ideally you will have experience with Successfactors
- A quick learner with an eye for detail, you will enjoy looking for opportunities to improve systems and process to ensure the best possible outcomes.
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) with a customer service oriented approach
