The purpose of the Digital Marketing Coordinator role is to support the digital campaign planning, execution and optimisation for all channels to meet and exceed traffic, conversion and revenue targets.

You will support the delivery of a world-class frictionless online journey, while executing a cohesive storytelling experience for our customers in line with business goals and objectives.

You will work closely with external agencies to ensure they are aligned with business goals, performing at a high level always, and to identify trends to stay competitive and learn industry best practice.


Key Duties:

  • Work closely with the Digital Team on executing the digital marketing strategy
  • Produce monthly reporting on performance marketing and all paid activity
  • Assist in SEO strategy execution and the enhancement pipeline to drive organic traffic
  • Support in the formulation and execution of the digital acquisition campaign and channel plan with input from the Digital, Marketing, Buying and Planning Teams
  • Support the endtoend execution of the digital merchandising and content plan in line with the Freedom marketing calendar and brand positioning
  • Assist in developing creative briefs to execute on digital web assets and champion digital best practice
  • Analyse web metrics, heat mapping and A/B tests to identify underperforming site pages, offers and content and drive performance improvement
  • Participate and contribute to the digital product roadmap, project and enhancement requirements and implementation and testing
  • Ensure website content is aligned with campaign and promotional calendar

Who you are:

  • 1 3 years' experience in a digital marketing /eCommerce role
  • Basic understanding of website traffic metrics and content SEO requirements
  • Strong drive for results
  • Passion for digital and customer experience
  • Excellent relationship building and influencing skills
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities
  • Able to excel as a team player
