If you thrive on positive energy, we want to meet youJob Description Bring your passion and feel the energy Varied work and projects across the Group Sydney or Melbourne based with hybrid working This is an exciting opportunity for either a Strategy Associate or Senior Associate to join the Group Strategy team at our ASX 50 company.

You will support Endeavour Group in the development of strategic plans and projects for the Group and within our business units, targeting areas that represent the most significant sources of profitable growth for the company, which are outside BAU, and which require additional resources to accelerate thinking and delivery.

Here is a taste of what you can expect in this role Perform complex analysis and extract insights from that analysis Develop actionable insights by conducting data driven analysis to support senior decision making across the business Monitor market trends and the competitive landscape to help identify competitive threats and new business opportunities Create written communication materials to deliver insights and analysis Project manage parts of projects and/or transactions Work with stakeholders across the business, including senior leadership, to define business challenges and opportunities Assist in structuring problems and defining the plans of action to solve them Influence key stakeholders to deliver impactful change Qualifications Now let's talk about you For Associate level: 1-3 years of experience in strategy consultancy, corporate strategy, investment banking, private equity or a similar relevant field For Senior Associate level: 4-6 years of experience in strategy consultancy, corporate strategy, investment banking, private equity or a similar relevant field Ability to work and excel in a high performing team environment Outstanding academic record and social achievements Demonstrated ability to manage projects or transaction processes, or workstreams within Superb written and oral communication with excellent interpersonal skills and ability to influence across an organisation Consumer market experience and/or retail experience is an advantage Experience and knowledge of strategic problem solving and frameworks The benefits are good too We offer flexible working in every sense An exclusive discount card for BWS, Dan Murphy's, Woolworths, BIG W and other Endeavour Group brands, including our ALH pubs Monthly meeting-free days Your health and wellbeing is your most important asset, and as one of our valued team members, it's our first priority.
