Art Carpentry has 10 years industry experience, we are driven to deliver and supply professional building and carpentry services across Sydney and New South Wales.


The Opportunity:

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, invoice processing, and bank reconciliations
  • Assist with monthend financial reporting
  • Process and monitor daily transactions, including supplier and subcontractor payments, payroll, etc
  • Reconcile daily sales and cash receipts against bank statements
  • Communicate with suppliers to resolve any billing or payment issues
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate financial spreadsheets and reports
  • Assist with tax compliance, including GST and FBT
  • Other tasks as assigned by the Director

About you:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, or related field
  • Experience in accounting or business admin preferrable, but not essential
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Xero will be highly regarded
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detailoriented with strong organisational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
