We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Coordinator to join our team at a global Financial Services Firm.

As a Contract Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing, reviewing, and executing customer contracts. You will work closely with legal teams and stakeholders to ensure milestones and contracts are accurately executed.

This is a 3-month temporary role with a strong potential for permanency. You will report directly to the senior contract manager and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve contract issues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and review customer contracts to ensure compliance with contract milestones and business needs
  • Coordinate and administer contracts, including categorizing contracts into standard and bespoke terms
  • Collaborate with legal and business teams on non-standard agreements
  • Provide project management support for contract processes
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to resolve contract issues


Requirements

  • Strong contract management experience, preferably within banking or finance
  • Familiarity with pricing contracts is highly desirable
  • Project management experience is desirable
  • Ability to work with legal teams and handle complex contracts
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Immediate availability and Sydney-based
