Key Responsibilities
  • Manage contract administration tasks, including timesheets, purchase orders, and invoices.
  • Coordinate new applications, yard, and vendor applications.
  • Facilitate and support the Surface Contractor Forum.
  • Participate in and compile results from layered audits.
  • Record and manage contractor meeting minutes.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with contractors and stakeholders.
  • Act as a liaison between operations and contractors, ensuring clear communication and effective stakeholder engagement.
  • Provide support to contractors to help them fulfill their obligations.
  • Mobilize and demobilize contracted services.
  • Identify, evaluate, and implement contract improvement initiatives.
Requirements
  • Administration experience in the mining industry.
  • SAP experience desirable.
  • Strong multi-tasking skills, including prioritization.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, MS Teams).
  • Current driver's license.
