A bit about the role
We're looking for an Application Support Lead to join our Client Services team
based in Perth on a permanent, full-time basis. The Application Support Lead is
responsible for managing our people and process for the Application Support
team.

You will be responsible for:

  • Defining, publishing, and maintaining the team's ways of working including internal processes and interactions with other internal teams
  • Respond to escalated support issues and prioritise appropriately
  • Provide guidance for the team in terms of priorities
  • Collaborate with the team to set team goals
  • Conduct 1 on 1s with team members in Australia and North America
  • Ensure the team is appropriately trained and mentored
  • Serve as an escalation point for internal and external stakeholders

We'd like you to have

  • 3+ years in a technical support role, prior experience with team management highly regarded
  • Tertiary qualification in a technologyrelated discipline (desirable)
  • ITIL Certification (desirable)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Customer outcome focussed with proven customer service skills
  • Ability to prioritise work and employ time management skills
  • A solid understanding of IT Concepts, technologies, and terminologies
