  • IT Operations.
The Role

What you'll bring to this role

Essential

  • A degree with at least three years subsequent relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.
  • Knowledge of programming languages and techniques, modern RESTful APIs and cloud native services, in particular on a Linux Apache MySQL, PHP stack.
  • Ability to create systematic and manual operations procedures in both technical and userfriendly language.
  • Demonstrated analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to be resourceful, selfmotivated and proactive.
  • Proven listening, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
  • Strong time management and multitasking skills, with the ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks while under pressure.
  • Strong customer service orientation, and experience working in a teamoriented, collaborative environment.
Desirable

  • Experience with Learning Management Systems, particularly Moodle
  • Experience in a Higher Education environment.
  • Understanding of the organisation's goals and objectives.
  • Experience with Agile ways of working (Kanban and/or Scrum)
