About You:

  • Have worked in High Volume or Big Box retail environment.
  • Experience in VM, Performance Management and training.
  • Passionate and motivating Manager who leads by inspiring teams to deliver.
  • Strong communication skills with an ability to style shift to suit your audience.
  • A good understanding of Work place safety and compliance.
  • Understand the store values and coach and develop your team based on these values.
- commercially minded and focused on delivering positive results for the business

About the Role:

  • Manage a high volume of deliveries and stock.
  • Deliver customer excellence in all facets of store operations.
  • Understand your department and able to quickly prioritize and understand your tasks.
  • Direct team in a fastpaced, always busy environment.
  • Ensure store standards are consistently met.
  • Manage staff performance strong T&D and performance management skills required.
