Kosta's is growing From humble beginnings - launching our first store in Rockdale in 2021, and now with a store in Circular Quay and Rosebery with a soon to be 4th in the CBD.

Our commitment to excellence has helped us grow, and we are now seeking a dedicated and organized Admin Assistant/Personal Assistant to support our Director and help manage our expanding operations.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
  • Assist in the planning and coordination of business meetings and events.
  • Maintain accurate and organised records, files, and documentation.
  • Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and office organisation as well as any adhoc tasks that arise.
  • Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies.
  • Support the Director in daytoday business operations and special projects.
  • Liaise with customers, suppliers, and staff as required.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Google Drive and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
  • Strong attention to detail and problemsolving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience in the food service industry.
  • Ego free and willingness to learn
