In this role you will be given the opportunity to make a tangible contribution to the continued innovation and success of the company.


  • Extensive involvement with call logging systems, escalation of calls, incidents and request management within an ITIL environment
  • Ensure all incidents and service requests are logged and tracked using call management system for future reference and analysis, in line with ITIL principles
  • Enable movement and acquisition of assets to be tracked in the CMDB for compliance and audits
  • Securely maintain the IT/IS operational and physical environments in line with corporate security policies, standards and work practices
  • Work on a roster between 7:00am and 5:30pm business days and participate in an afterhours oncall rotation.
