In this exciting role you will be an integral part of the support of the RAA Information Services systems. You will work primarily with internal customers to identify issues and provide solutions. In the process, you will provide basic advice and guidance to develop understanding of simple solutions, together with:

- Provide first level support for all customer enquiries
- Management and resolution of requests and incidents
- Maintain regular communication with IS customers and resolver groups to provide transparency of operational targets and resolution timeframes
- Create and update knowledge base articles to support all RAA staff
- Provide operational support for client devices such as laptops and desktops, printers and peripherals
- Plus much more

**About you**

You will be a confident and passionate self-motivated individual who enjoys working in a high performing culture. We are also looking for:

- Previous experience in a service desk environment and/or relevant studies
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to listen effectively to determine customer needs
- Excellent problem solving and trouble-shooting skills
- Strong communication skills with the ability to express ideas and thoughts clearly and succinctly
- Experience working within an ITIL focused environment
