What we are looking for:

_ Bachelor's in early childhood teaching or Diploma qualified studying towards Bachelor's in early childhood teaching

  • Ability to lead and mentor educators to achieve excellence
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Demonstrate practical knowledge in delivering a highquality planning cycle, curriculum and linking to the National Quality Framework
  • Proven ability to support your team in the development of documentation on children's learning
  • Ability to create and maintain a friendly, secure and stimulation learning environment while fostering strong positive work relationship with your team, families, and children
  • Holds a valid
  • First Aid certificate (or willingness to obtain)
  • Working With Children Check
