The Opportunity:

Being an Account Executive is not just a job; it's a fulfilling and stimulating role where you can boost your confidence, sharpen your sales skills, and directly contribute to Australia's prosperity. You will be under the guidance of our Account Executive Team Manager, who will share insights from their experience, helping you navigate client relationships and tailor your career path. You will be working on-site.

Offering a salary plus uncapped commission structure, this role gives you a secure income base along with the potential to earn unlimited, performance-based commissions.

The Day-to-Day:

  • Present Fisher's value proposition to high-net-worth investors to schedule meetings with regional sales partners throughout Australia
  • Contribute to Australia's financial growth by enhancing the well-being of potential clients
  • Enhance your sales skills and deepen your knowledge of the financial services sector while assisting Australian families
  • Enjoy the rewards of a competitive, meritocratic environment filled with like-minded colleagues

Your Qualifications:

  • A college degree or equivalent education and experience
  • A strong track record of achieving results and a drive for success
  • Excellent communication skills to engage with various audiences via phone and email
  • Ability to use persuasive arguments to gain support and commitment from others
  • Willingness to tackle challenges, learn from setbacks, and strive for continuous improvement

While experience in finance is beneficial, it is not mandatory as we provide comprehensive training.
