Position Overview:

As the Human Resources Manager at MPM Marketing Services, your responsibilities will cover all HR aspects to ensure efficient workforce management. Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, you'll drive initiatives aimed at boosting employee engagement, performance, and corporate culture. Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute HR strategies that foster organizational development and sustainability, establishing MPM Marketing Services as an employer of choice.
  • Talent Management: Head recruitment campaigns to attract top talent, manage the smooth onboarding process, and oversee performance assessments to maximize employee capabilities.
  • Culture Champion: Create a positive and inclusive workspace by promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts, nurturing a feeling of belonging among all team members.
  • Data-Driven Decision-Making: Employ HR metrics to assess the efficiency of programs and projects, making data-oriented choices that continuously enhance HR practices.
  • Compliance and Best Practices: Stay updated on industry trends, employment laws, and top-notch strategies to ensure adherence and effectively reduce risks.

Key Qualifications and Skills:

  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a relevant field is preferred, with at least 5 years of HR management experience, particularly in the manufacturing sector.
  • Expertise: Solid grasp of labor laws, regulations, and best practices, alongside exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Leadership: Proven aptitude for leading and inspiring teams, with a talent for solving issues and making decisions in fast-paced settings.
  • Certifications: Possession of an HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP) is valued, demonstrating your dedication to professional excellence.
