We are a new organisation, however our senior management team have a wealth of knowledge and experience.

Our organisation is expanding and growing through out Sydney and Northern NSW at a rapid pace due to the positive recommendations within the industry, and we are welcoming new clients regularly.

Our Support Workers are responsible for encouraging, inspiring and supporting our clients, this will include:

  • Meal Preparation
  • Domestic Duties
  • Community Access
  • Nature Walks
  • Social Support
  • Shift Notes.
The position will be casual, and rostered over a 24/7 rotating roster, Monday to Sunday. Our permanent employees are required to have a flexible schedule to meet contractual hours

Successful applicants must have:

- previous experience working with clients that have complex disabilities (mental health, Autism, bi polar, schizophrenia ect)

  • NDIS worker screening clearance


 Police Check
  • NDCO
- current First Aid/CPR Certificate
- current & valid drivers licence

  • NDIS Worker Orientation Module
- high level customer service skills
- strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- functional computer knowledge
- reliable and comprehensively insured vehicle

Desirable
- relevant certification in disability
