Join Our Team as a Homecare Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Homecare Worker to join our team at Help at Home by Montefiore. As a Homecare Worker, you will play a vital role in providing personalized care and support to our clients in the comfort of their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with personal care activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Manage medication and provide support with daily living tasks
  • Prepare meals and snacks, and assist with light domestic duties
  • Provide social support and companionship to our clients
  • Transport clients to appointments and engage in activities that promote their well-being
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in the mental health sector
  • Certificate III in Individual Support or similar qualification
  • COVID-19 vaccination recommended but not mandatory
  • NDIS Worker check
  • NSW Driver's license
  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
