Your Role:

  • Build strong, professional relationships with children and families
  • Work with children facing various challenges such as ASD, developmental delay, early intervention, CP, complex communication, and Down syndrome
  • Assess and treat children aged 0-18 with speech, language, fluency, and literacy difficulties
  • Operate within a family and client-centered practice framework, whether in the clinic, at family homes, or in the community
  • Independently manage your caseload, including documentation and file management
  • Support and motivate your clients and colleagues
  • Care for a diverse range of clients, with 80% being NDIS clients and 20% private clients

  • Competitive Salary ranging from $70,000 to $110,000 + Super (Based on experience)

Requirements:

  • Hold a recognized degree in Speech Pathology
  • Possess a Current Blue Card for Working with Children
  • Be a member of Speech Pathology Australia
  • Have at least one year of clinical experience (preferred)
  • Demonstrate the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
