    Roles & Responsibilities:

    Our client is passionate about supporting people with disabilities to live great lives. 

    They are seeking passionate Speech Pathologists to join their multidisciplinary team in both paediatrics and adults caseloads. You will work collaboratively with the team to support the therapy needs of NDIS participants. 

    As a Speech Pathologists you will be:          

    • Deliver Early Childhood Intervention services to children 0-7 years, building on each family's strengths.
    • Deliver goal directed therapy services to young people and adults who may be experiencing learning, language, communication, feeding, sensory, intellectual, physical and cognitive difficulties. Services are provided collaboratively with significant others to support a person‘s community participation in a range of environments.
    • Emphasize parent, teacher and carer education to nurture change and to support the person's community participation in a range of environments.
    • Collaborate with each person's support team to achieve their goals. Work with occupational therapists, physiotherapists and other speech pathologists.
    • Support participants and others to develop and review individual therapy and support plans, ensuring goals are meaningful, meet the needs of the individual and reflect their personal goals.

    Essential Criteria:

    • Relevant tertiary qualifications and SPA registration
    • Must live and have eligibility to work in Australia.
    • You are driven, passionate and can work autonomously and as part of a team.
    • You are adaptable and flexible, and comfortable working in a high growth business. 
    • Access to your own car and valid, non-restricted drivers’ license.
    • Current Police Check and Working with Children Check.
